Confidential and Proprietary Statement: Both parties must use a reasonable degree of care to protect any confidential information they receive from each other. They must protect this information from unauthorized use or disclosure. They are not allowed to share this information with anyone except their employees, agents, directors, or third-party contractors who need to know it for the purposes of potential relationship and/or agreement in regard to the statements made, and to those who have agreed in writing to keep the information confidential. If compelled by law or court order, either party may disclose the confidential information if it provides reasonable prior notice to the other, unless a court forbids such notice. Both parties may disclose to each other certain information which may be considered by the disclosing party to be proprietary and trade secret information. Each party recognizes the other's claim to the value and importance of the protection of the other's proprietary information.  

Customer Own Due Diligence: In consideration of The RFP Queen, and associated third-party resource partners/collaborating organizations (including but not limited to their respective employees, independent contractors, volunteers and agents) offering/furnishing referrals, recommendations, training, content, management or technical assistance, the customer waive all claims, causes of action, demands and damages (including but not limited to general, compensatory, special, punitive and consequential damages) of any type or kind, whether known or unknown at the time of engagement, against The RFP Queen, its third-party resource partners/collaborating organizations (including but not limited to their respective employees, officers, directors, boards, independent contractors, volunteers and agents) arising from, related to or in connection with the referrals, recommendations, training, content, management, counseling, or technical assistance offered/provided. 

No Express or Implied Warranties: There are no express or implied promises or warranties of any kind (including but not limited to warranty of merchantability or fitness). The customer understands and agrees that the assistance is provided on an as-is basis; and they shall conduct their own due diligence to determine the suitability/appropriateness of the assistance for themselves and their business; and that the customer shall take reasonable considerations for current and future economic conditions that may impact contract negotiations, and pricing structures that may impact the customer's overall business success. 

Copyright Protection and Intellectual Property Rights: The contents of this site and documents produced for marketing, branding, promotions, and services rendered are protected under Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), which have been outlined in Article 27 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) stating that, “Everyone has the right to the protection of the moral and material interests resulting from any scientific, literary or artistic production of which he is the author.”

Quality Satisfaction and Refund Policy: As a standard policy, it is our mission to provide the highest level of quality service with all our engagements. However, The RFP Queen does not offer refunds, please refer to our terms and conditions regarding no expressed or implied warranties of any kind. For live events, we strongly recommended you attend the scheduled time or assign someone to attend in your absence. Participants in courses and live events will have access to replay and download presentations and recordings.
